5. Service providers and disclosures
Flip may involve service providers that process data on the Operator’s behalf:
- Cloudflare for hosting, delivery, and security controls.
- Yandex Metrica for analytics, but only after consent.
- hCaptcha to prevent automated spam and abuse on Site forms.
- Zoho CRM (EU endpoints) to receive and store audit and GEO lead requests submitted through
/api/leads.
Data may also be disclosed where required by law, court order, or a valid request from a competent authority.
6. Cookies and analytics
The Site uses required cookies and optional analytics cookies. A detailed cookie list, consent logic, and storage periods for analytics cookies are described in the Cookie Consent document.
Key rules:
- required cookies are used without consent because they are necessary for Site operation;
- Yandex Metrica is activated only after consent;
- marketing or advertising cookies are not used on the Site itself.
7. Retention periods
Flip keeps personal data only for as long as needed for the purpose for which it was collected.
- cookie preference data is stored according to the cookie settings policy, including the consent cookie for up to 12 months;
- analytics data on the Yandex side is kept in anonymized form under the service terms, up to 26 months;
- lead request and correspondence data is kept while the request is being processed and afterward only for follow-up, recordkeeping, and compliance needs;
- privacy requests are kept until the request is resolved and for any period reasonably required to document compliance.
8. Cross-border and third-party processing
Analytics data collected through Yandex Metrica is processed on the terms described in the cookie policy. Lead request data submitted through the Site may be processed by hCaptcha and by Zoho CRM through EU endpoints. Where third-party processing involves another jurisdiction, Flip relies on providers required for Site operation and organizational safeguards appropriate to the processing purpose.
9. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request:
- access to personal data processed about you;
- correction of inaccurate data;
- deletion or restriction where the law permits it;
- withdrawal of consent for analytics or follow-up communications;
- information about the processors involved in handling your request.

10. Updates
